This website, brewhunters.com, is operated by Go-To Gifting, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Brew Hunters ("Brew Hunters," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Brew Hunters. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are 21 or older. Every delivery requires an adult 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID to sign. We may cancel any order if we believe the purchaser or recipient is under 21.

2. Alcohol laws and eligible states

We ship only to U.S. states where direct-to-consumer beer shipment is permitted. Purchases are for personal consumption only and not for resale. Title to products passes to you in California upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot lawfully be shipped.

3. Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are representative; can and label artwork may change as breweries update their packaging. Availability of seasonal and limited releases is not guaranteed. Brand names and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective breweries and owners; their display does not imply endorsement of Brew Hunters.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or limit any order. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping or cancel the order and refund you.

5. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping, returns and subscriptions

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, and recurring orders by our Cancellation Policy.

7. Responsible consumption

Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Pregnant individuals and those with health conditions should consult a physician before consuming alcohol.

8. Intellectual property

The Brew Hunters name, logo and original site content are owned by Go-To Gifting, LLC. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Brew Hunters, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
