Shipping policy

Where we ship

Brew Hunters ships beer from Ventura, California only to U.S. states where direct-to-consumer beer shipping is permitted. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm your state is eligible. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States. If an order is placed to an ineligible address, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Processing and shipping days

Orders are packed at our Ventura, CA location and ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday so packages are not held in carrier facilities over the weekend. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination and are shown before you pay.

Adult signature required (21+)

Every order contains alcohol and requires an adult 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID to sign at delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. If no eligible adult is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup according to its procedures. Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused are refunded less the original shipping charge and any return shipping cost.

Weather and packaging

Beer is shipped in standard protective packaging. Orders are not temperature-controlled. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may briefly delay shipment and will notify you by email if we do.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
